RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchased. Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We do not cover any postage costs for exchange or return goods and hold no responsibility of the safe transit of product. Original shipping cost are not refundable.

Please ensure you retain proof of purchase to facilitate these changes. This is in addition to our rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Micasa Creative does not accept refunds for change of mind however as an alternative we do offer store credit for exchange of another product on our website of the same value. We accept any factory fault, under warranty goods in most cases. Refunds are applicable upon individual cases and we do not guarantee for a full refund on all products.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH WEBSITES
